EYE HEALTH: Omega-3 vs Macula Degeneration










I often recommend my clients try to have a good dietary intake of omega-3 fats as there's evidence to suggest they can be beneficial for reducing eye dryness, and therefore improving comfort. There’s also more evidence to suggest that the are beneficial for the health of your retina, and this article I found in MINDFOOD gives good, easy to understand information on recent research.
